@Riotdetective @KD8thebowz @theskulled ok then why is he comparing current competitive yugioh to old playground yugioh, you can STILL play with random cards you find in packs to build some semblance of a deck, and starter decks are ACTUALLY playable out of the box, his complaints make no sense.

@KD8thebowz @theskulled I understand your point but instantly going to "Here is the highest level of Yugioh!" is a terrible argument. 1% of players played in tournaments so this doesnt matter and it's not what he's talking about.

I love Yu-Gi-Oh. But, I miss Yu-Gi-Oh.
I miss the super edgy anime, where the protagonist was going to die horribly unless they could justify destroying the moon to drain the tide. And you sit back and go "damn... Why didn't I think of that?!" Now there is no edgy anime.
More than that, I miss a card game that was simple. I would activate my trap card and my opponent would go "No!" I would summon a monster, set a card face down and end my turn. Now there is 40 steps to a turn, requiring me to remember at least 1000 words of effects of cards in my hand, deck, extra deck, and graveyard.
I miss, opening a pack and actually be able to do 'something' with every card (yes, skull servant sucks but, I can still use him). As opposed to modern packs where I open a pack get 5 cards that reference and require 30 other cards that I don't own. Making them all worthless.

@thatguywithcat @retroslopytoppy It's a game with a stamina system, knowing how to stamina manage is not some sort of secret tech, its maths, if you start the chase while you are at a lower stamina than the survivor you won't catch up, so you reset chase and start with 110 stamina while the sruvivor has 100.

The survivor didnt win because of the running in circles, they won because they killer wasted raging pace twice, never chase reset and pathed super wide, it is not THAT HARD to wait till your stamina is full.
