BTC IS REPEATING THE SAME CYCLE PATTERN! BTC cycle has a 100% hit rate over the last 9 years: 396 days down, then 1035 days up. We are in the middle of 396-day bear phase rn. Means BTC must go lower and bottom around ~4 months. Turn on notifs, I'll call the cycle bottom.

My second app just hit $6,000 MRR (across both app and web). I’m still sticking to my thesis: build 10 apps that each reach $5k/month, then automate everything so they generate income even while I sleep. Right now, if I exclude Apple fees, my profit margin is around 92% across all my apps. As I’ve said, I’m an indie hacker and solo founder, so I optimize for profit because I’m not VC-backed.

Best question. Right now I have 3 apps, and almost all of them already have about 70% of the marketing automated. Before that, I hired students to create content and post on different social media platforms, which helped increase the revenue quite a lot. My second app has already reached $5K MRR (both web and mobile) after about 5 months since launch, and I barely have to do much besides checking the monthly views and revenue results. So my goal now is to scale to 10 apps and repeat the same process. If each app reaches around $5K, that would already be $50K/month. I’m an indie hacker (i love freedom), not backed by VCs, so profit is more important to me than high revenue.

Idk what's going on with @AnthropicAI but they messed up the weekly limits badly it seems Anyone else with the issue? I've almost never hit the weekly limit on the x200 plan (except maybe 2-3x a few hours before the reset) and now I'm hitting it on Monday lol

I do the exact same work and consume a very stable a amount of tokens everyday, and never had an issue with hitting limits of my $100 claude plan, not even close actually. But today I got the 95% warning on the 5-hour limit for the first time... and I still had at least 3 more hours of work left to do!

@businessbarista @tenex_labs I suspect the US-only + on-site requirement is shrinking your candidate pool dramatically. There’s an enormous amount of world-class AI and product talent globally right now. The teams I’ve seen move fastest are the ones hiring without borders.
