I have come to understand why in Kinyarwanda we say "ukurushije inyama agutwara imbwa" but in reality home is the best rather than praising foreigners for a living. Rwanda is not where it wants to be but still not where it used to be. Let's at least acknowledge that.

The Ramba Hills Project, located in Kacyiru, will feature a 26-storey office tower, a 24-storey residential tower, and three additional 10-storey buildings for housing. It will also include a hotel, modern retail outlets, and parking for over 1,400 vehicles, along with swimming pools, landscaped gardens, and other recreational spaces.
