@TSBfails @TSB I am an so angry that I only report one transaction from my account is fraud. But the fraud department report 2 transactions are fraud. It’s tsb’s fraud, and the fraud department doesn’t recognize this fault. They lock my friends’ account and said will not unlock.

@TSB_News @TSB Hello, all money money is taken from my account,I called the fraud department every day, and my phone bill recent 8 days is 90 pounds. I don’t have any money pay for my bill, and can’t all anymore, but you tsb still don’t give me any reply.

Day 6 & still no resolution to the large amount of money taken fraudulently from our @TSB accounts. Every day I’m spending 2 hours plus trying to get through to your fraud line, maybe it’s time the chief executives take some calls??This is our house deposit,get it sorted @TSB !!!
