@Zipcar How about making sure there are spare tires in your cars? A donut will do. Southpaw has yet to be fixed in my home garage. Zipcar is falling apart
My @Zipcar experience on Monday was horrific. No donut (spare tire) again, and on the drive home, when the cops pulled us over, found out their were no back lights. Is there no quality control? I was then offered a free 15 minutes. How about you fix the cars?

@Zipcar you’re charging me a late fee that represents 151% of the price of the whole trip, even though it was only 12 minutes and in my previous trips I’ve always complied. Your team is totally inflexible and are not willing to help. Unfair and disproportionate.

I'm struggling with a booking and have been charged extra for Boston charge while living in UK.
I am trying to contact you guys and finding it difficult as the number does not ring.
Stay away from @Zipcar .. yesterday i got an email and they accused me of smoking in their vehicle on Feb 28th.. so they're billing me $165 now. I canceled my service with them last month and all of a sudden their "experimental" sensors pinged on me. I DONT SMOKE! #moneygrab
@Zipcar Can someone help me understand this , since I am not allowed to speak with a manager. If you ask to escalate the call they will hang up on you and block you and report your number if you call back !! I am so confused!
@Zipcar so apparently Zip car’s entire billing system is rigged. They just replaced a promotion that I had (which come with guardrails) with my monthly credit ( that does not have any limitations) and they are saying it is how the system is designed. Absolutely unethical stuff!!
7. So I lose my time coz the car wasn’t there and went to different location to pick up and end up late to return and I’m liable for the late fee ?

1. I book a car for a time. Alas the car isn’t there.
2. Prompts me to another location
3. I lose 20mins out of my reservation and end my trip 10 mins later than my said end time.
4. Zipcar slaps a $50 late fee.
@Zipcar is awful. The last 2 times I booked a trip the car wasn't available when I arrived due to maintenance issues. They promised me a driving credit both times but didn't provide them. I've been using Zipcar since 2007 & Flexcar since 2001. Never again.😠
@Zipcar charging me for parking violation after I already dropped off my car in the ZIPCAR PARKING SPOT is absolutely absurd.

@Zipcar we just picked up our car and the last ppl that had it must of had a dog . The back seat is covered in hair & dirt. Your rep said if we got it cleaned we would NOT get reimbursed. How is this possible ! Bad business

@Zipcar Update: Zipcar now has charged me a $120 cancellation fee, they cancelled and ruined my holiday. Their car would not start and then they charge me. Please be Leary. Yes I know, I have used Zipcar for over 7 years, but this is off the charts wrong.
@Zipcar I rented a Prius from you, I walked a mile in the cold to pick it up and no luck. You screwed me. The prius would not start. U left me high and dry. I will never use Zip car again. I will spend the rest of my life letting people know. This is lazy, unacceptable!
