@JetBlue you’re taking the cake with this flight now. The two physically disabled folks on this plane are being made to sit in uncomfortable spaces because the flight crew are unable to let them sit in the empty first glass seats because the flight staff haven’t been trained…

I asked to have my checked bag of $35 to be compensated due to my extreme inconveniences and was told NO. I just had to suck it up and pay it. This has been an extreme nightmare!! Honestly I don’t think I’ll ever fly with them again after this. #jetblue #trash #thieves

They then switched my seat after it was rebooked and couldn’t explain why this happened. I had to spend another 5hrs on hold to to find me a seat similar to what I paid, which I am still unhappy with.

@JetBlue my experience with your airline this week has been a nightmare. Not only was my flight canceled Sunday but after 18hrs of waiting to speak to someone, the earliest flight they could get me on was 3 days later. Leaving me to pay over $800 in hotel fees trapped in Miami.
