@Zixxorb It also helps with pain which is pretty cool, when I was pregnant I actually used the tape to support my bump in place of a belly band to help relieve some pressure on my pelvis, the one I use is menthol infused too which is extra good for pain relief

Just hEDS things had to tape my shoulder so it will stay in the dam socket, my joints are super unstable recently it's really annoying

@Zixxorb It's pretty cool stuff I actually used it to hold my glasses together when I broke them cos it's so much stronger than regular tape lol 🤣

@Zixxorb Kinesiology Therapeutic Tape is often used for sports injury like when someone damages a muscle I'm not necessarily sure how it works but it's very strong so much so it can cause skin damage if you don't take it off correctly, I use baby oil but you can get adhesive wipes.

@Lilac_Lychee So it's keeping your arm from stretching too much? I only think of like regular tape and that doesn't seem like it would do much. Maybe that tape is somehow different. Idk

@Zixxorb It's Kinesiology Therapeutic Tape it basically does the job of what the connective tissue in my shoulder joint should be doing but can't, because I have hEDS my connective tissue is weak and stretches too easily which is what causes my joints to fall out of place.
