So @fitbit , @FitbitUK how many of your 1.7million #ionic users are you defrauding out of their refunds under your recall scheme, seems to be quite a few #fraud, #scammers. Why are you not honouring you refunds? How many of the 1.7m would buy fitbit again after this?

#fitbit FITBIT RECALL SUCKS!!! Been waiting since March! No refund. Nothing but a run around. Now they tell me I didn’t send an Ionic. I have the serial number, picture, and account information. Bullshit! They basically stole my Ionic and nothing I can do about it.

@Fitbitrefund Fitbit have started blocking the users who have not received the refund for surrendering ionic device. This is ridiculous. They dont pick phone, give you a run around but never talk about the refund date. Worst experience.

@BeeFitzy007 @FitbitSupport I'm very angry that they can't tell me the status of my refund and the refund center can't tell me any more information either. Nobody from them can tell me what is going on. It's like i'm waiting for something that may not come at all.

@ZomMichelle @FitbitSupport My friend has had her recall refund - it was also late but not as late as mine is. Firbit have been very disorganised. Maybe Fitbit don’t have the funds to pay everyone? Or maybe they’ve been swamped by the recall numbers. Either way they’ve not been honest,

@FitbitSupport I processed and disabled two of my Fitbit ionics back on the 18th May. I have STILL not received my refunds? That's 11.5 weeks!! The emails promised refunds within 3-6 weeks? Please help.

Since Aug/13 I made my request for the refound due to a recall with Fitbit Ionic until now I have not receive my payment Back @FitbitSupport @fitbit the agreement was 3-4 weeks after your register.

@FitbitSupport. March 2022 I applied for the Fitbit ionic refund scheme in Australia. We in Sept and I haven’t received any $. My patience is running thin! I call the refund hotline & they said name is on the list but don’t know when they will process the refund. Appalling!!!

@FitbitSupport @whygbaby Don't expect the refund now. I have been waiting for 4 months already. When i insisted for an update that they can't provide, their support just called me rude and ended the chat. Worst customer service ever. They shouldn't even be in business.

@fitbit Going on my 3rd charge 5 in 5 months. First two died. First one worked for a about 4 months then died. They sent a replacement. It died in 6 weeks. What is going on with this product?

Hello @fitbit, It has been more than 6 months since I have been chasing for my Fitbit ionic refund, but yet didn't receive it. I tried to contact @FitbitSupport (+44 20 7570 0343 or +91 020 7570 0343) more than 100 times but got no response.

This is how @fitbit treats its customers. They will brick your ionic and promise you a refund within 6 weeks, but they are lying about that. They will make customers wait for 5 months without any confirmation if a refund is being processed at all.
