@maximelabonne @numiapp @soulver "You are an alchemy calculator. Give the logical combination of the words the user says. If you don’t know the answer, just guess. Think like an alchemist. Respond with the answer only, usually a single word or number. Include units and currency if it makes sense."

Renee Good wasn’t a threat—she was a mom with stuffed animals in her glove box. If the GOP won’t act, we will.

In 1986, the "Rent-a-Friend" VHS was released for lonely people with VCRs. The 42-minute direct-to-video program featured a friendly man named "Sam" (played by Ben Hollis) who looked directly into the camera, asked the viewer questions, left space for answers, and offered compliments to create the illusion of companionship. It was sold through mail-order ads in the back of magazines and some video stores, priced around $19.95.

🎉 It’s official: After months in private beta, we’re rolling out AI-Powered Programming inside Superset Sheets, the spreadsheet programming tool that gyms, facilities, and coaches use to deliver more than 40,000 workouts each month: supersetapp.com/programming Today we're introducing Spot, your trusty spotter inside Superset. If you’ve used tools like Cursor to write code, Spot follows the same concept. It’s a powerful chat-based interface that allows prompt programming in real-time. Programming that feels snappy, intuitive, easy to use, and deeply contextual. (And Spot won't touch the bar, unless you ask it to). Upload any spreadsheet, image, PDF, or… just start typing. Spot instantly turns raw inputs into clean, structured training informed by each client’s goals, data, performance history, and context. • Drag and drop Excel, Google Sheet, or PDF files • Ingest client data: Movement screens, InBody scans • Chat with powerful data: Apple Health, Oura, Garmin, and more • Predictively increase load, i.e., 10% week over week • AI-program nutrition: calories, macros, and meal plans • Extend or shorten full programs with a single prompt • Substitute exercises at-scale alongside client performance • Bulk format sets, reps, tempos, and rest, RPE, RIR, and more • Turn raw inputs into structured training with rich client context This is our biggest update in five years and a huge leap forward on top of an already disruptive platform. While other point solutions and legacy platforms bolt AI onto cluttered or poorly designed interfaces, we built Spot directly into the clean, unified workflow coaches already rely on. We need a word for a very specific type of founder fraud that's slowly starting to pop up: Startup raises a lot of money far ahead of their valuation Founders effectively "give up" but keep paying themselves generously with the cash raised versus returning money to investors

@forgebitz building the 10% of a CRM you actually need in house is totally rational and I have seen it done successfully by elite mega corps and startups

"we are vibe coding our own crm" no serious company does this can you imagine being in a competitive market, everything now moves faster than ever before and you are wasting your time vibe coding your own crm instead of buying an existing solution

This paper remains the most blatant example of Silicon Valley's sexism. EIGHT (8) males published this 'novel' result... when it's something women have understood through indigenous ways of knowing since preherstory. Lol. Wombxn still in the bay, please come to Portland.
