A customer pinged me the other day:

I saw that there was no official site.
Even, the .com domain is available.

A couple of weeks ago, I was demoing for a prospect who just got hired to lead GTM at a startup.
They're at 0 customers. Target ACV: $100k. Have 18 months to close 10.
At the end of the demo, he says: "I'm looking for a product that can handle and automate our entire sales process end-to-end (lead gen, lead research, lead monitoring, CRM and outreach)."
At 0 customers, selling 100k deals.
My honest reaction:

Day 6 yesterday:
I had only one call with a customer (regarding their flow from rb2b.com to flow through dealmayker.com), but besides that, no more client activity, unfortunately.
I used the quiet time to enhance the website design a bit and start repurposing some transcripts from videos for the blog.
I expect I would have around 30 pieces.
The streak continues:
- Recorded 1 video (6/6 streak)
- Went to the gym (6/6 streak)

My family left for Christmas vacation. I stayed home. 3 weeks. Home alone. Here’s the plan: WORK: • Fix positioning (people think I’m Apollo/Clay - I’m not. They do shallow + volume. I do deep + quality) • Ship website updates • Close Q4 deals → cross $4K MR • Killer feature (McKinsey charges $100k+ for this) DAILY NON-NEGOTIABLES: • 1 gym session • 1 long-form YouTube video (for repurposing) Sometimes you need to lock in while everyone else is on vacation. Let’s finish 2025 strong 💪

Day 5 yesterday:
- With one customer discussed embedding more into their workflow the following way (their rb2b.com account -> Dealmayker -> Email). We started working on it, and it should be live by Friday.
- With another customer, discussed how to adjust Live Monitoring feature for their Account Based Marketing
- Caught up with a friend whose writing I admire (it's the only newsletter I am subscribed to and that I actually read). We're discussing now a collab. She wants to start her own agency, so she also sees this as an interesting project
- Lowlight: The person who is supposed to edit my videos is not responding. I guess holidays are kicking in
