I agree with you Katrin. The hierarchical structure of academia means that the people “on top” are often close to “untouchable”. Academia must develop tools to deal with this.

My third first-author paper has been accepted for publication! We present the first r-process enhanced star confirmed to be a member of the Galactic bulge. This star is classified as a r-II star, with both a high europium and molybdenum abundance! arxiv.org/abs/2210.05688

@bibianaprinoth Its the same in Icelandic, Norwegian, Danish. Makes perfect sense as it is only visible in Winter here in the north.
