This is a bittersweet time for sure, but that being said, I’m really excited to see what the future holds and I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my life.

I’m closing my coaching services off to new clients for the time being in order to pursue a different business opportunity.
I’ve been pretty quiet here lately as I’ve been mainly focusing on IG, but wanted to give an update on Twitter too.

IT’S TIME FOR A RESET.
Here’s your 6-month transformation plan:
(Use this to reach your fitness & professional goals)
- FOOD & NUTRITION -
1. Your alcohol days are over (at least for now). This is a RESET. When you give up drinking, you’re gifted higher energy, easier fat-loss, better sleep, fewer cravings, and more. This change is FOUNDATIONAL.
2. Steak, chicken, beef, turkey, salmon, shrimp, potatoes, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, whey protein, white rice, salads, jerky, veggies, and fruit will make up the majority of your daily calories. These items make it easy to eat “a lot” but still lose weight.
3. Drink more water. The majority of Americans are chronically dehydrated. Water upon waking up, with each meal, and during your workout. Shoot for 50% of your bodyweight (LBS), in oz’s of water.
4. Supplement with creatine, magnesium, whey protein, and electrolytes daily. This combination will help you reach any fitness goal from, energy, fat-loss, muscle growth, and more.
- WORKOUTS/ACTIVITY -
5. Get your workout done first thing in the morning. This sets the tone for the day and is proven to lead to healthier decisions throughout the day.
6. Get a step-tracker and make “steps” a priority. Your body will naturally loosen up, you’ll have an easier time losing weight, and you’ll be in a better mood. Start a streak of X,000 per day, and don’t f*cking break it.
7. Commit to strength training. 3-4x per week is perfect. For most of you, this is more important than cardio. Muscle has a positive effect on your metabolism, protects you against disease (and injury), and boosts your testosterone. Alternate between “Push, Pull, and Leg” workouts.
- GENERAL -
8. Create a sleep structure. Quality sleep is FOUNDATIONAL. If you don’t value & protect your sleep routine, your health deteriorates. No food or blue light 2hrs before bed. Room should be pitch black & cold, and maintain the same wake & bed time every single day. Bonus points if you get direct sunlight as soon as you wake up.
9. Write daily. Even if it’s just for 5 minutes. Write about your struggles, stresses, worries, and how you can solve each of them. This helps you develop clarity and direction about what you should do next to reach your goals.
10. No more bullsh*t social media scrolling. You’re f*cking your brain, attention-span, and it’s getting in the way of you reaching big-time goals. If all that time scrolling was exchanged for time pursuing your goals, you’d be there by now.
11. Have unbreakable self-belief. When you believe so DEEPLY that you’ll achieve XYZ goal, there’s no person, situation, or obstacle that’ll stop you from getting there. This applies to everything. Whatever goal(s) you have, you know that “getting there” is POSSIBLE. It’s a fact. Very few things are impossible.
12. Start today. Start right now. Start with your next set of decisions. Life is best when you’re consistently making PROGRESS. Too many of us get comfortable & complacent, despite knowing we can do better.
It’s time to reset.
Take action or accept your “current situation”, as your “forever situation.”
Give it 6 months.
Your life will be drastically different.

What’s a mild change a Brit can make when they think life is getting a bit boring and predictable?
