Congratulations to @XanaduAI and shareholders for the completion of their business combination! It is certainly a difficult time after 6 months of high beta sell-off and a fearful market to be completing a business combination. But I have a feeling that Xanadu and their promising quantum + photonics technology will be resilient! This marks the second successful business combination in 2026 for the quantum markets. Exciting times for all in quantum, even if the market currently is less than favorable! The ticker symbol will change from $CHAC –> $XNDU: Shares are anticipated to begin trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) and the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) under the ticker symbol “XNDU” on March 27, 2026. The transaction is expected to deliver gross proceeds of approximately US$302 million to the Company, consisting of funds held in Crane Harbor’s trust account and proceeds from a fully committed PIPE financing. These proceeds are separate from and incremental to the previously announced negotiations with the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario for an up to CAD$390 million investment under Project OPTIMISM. The proposed support remains subject to the completion of due diligence and the execution of final agreements.
