This is indeed how we envisioned it. We even had concept art featuring Ghost wearing ponchos qnd ridding horses. The freedom, landscapes and openness of RDR had a significant influence on us when we started to define the game. I do consider GRW as a modern take on the genre.

I just signed a contract with Google. It's a bit of Dream job honestly, and I hope to be able to share more about the details of what we'll be collaborating on, in the not too distant future. For now I can tell you that I'm very excited about it 😍 Besides the work I'll do with Google, I'm working with a Startup in San Francisco that's still in stealth. How is everyone finding stable video diffusion? Any feedback? As noted in the research paper it is the first of a series of models and things like camera LoRAs to come The 14 frame version interpolated is my favourite for reliable outputs, settings make a big difference.

@DrLombric Le calcul est assez juste sauf que ton bien acheté 100k au bout de 20 ans tu le revends pour au moins 200. Donc ça vaut le coût d’acheter mais sur du long terme

Je résume (de façon très caricaturale) : Tu achètes un bien a 100k sans apports. Sur 20 ans tu vas payer (je vois léger) -60k d'intérêts de crédit - 9k de frais de notaire (one shot) - charges de copro (12k?) - maintenance (10k) On est déjà à 190k pour un bien a 100k

Voilà pourquoi être propriétaire c'est pas forcément une bonne idée. :)
