@PublicStorage Rented unit 1/26 Realty Rd, Carrollton, TX. Reported ceiling issue at move in no response. Returned 4/26 found 75% of my stuff damaged by water/mold. Waiting 4 manager call in 24–48 hrs still nothing.
Unacceptable. I will not pay disposal costs for facility damage.
