I’ll echo @GTuckerHoops … Any ranking that doesn’t have @HooverBucsBBall ranked in AT LEAST the Top 3 (actually 2) is an invalid ranking. I would argue they are the 2nd best team in the STATE, much less 7A.

@jscoach9 @Mike_Jagacki Nope if your defensive philosophy is force everything to the baseline then you will have a help defender who will stunt until you recover. If you miss with the inside hand your body should still be in defensive position let your hands cause the deflection

Was watching an old Pitino Clinic and look what I found... I posted this concept a few months ago about stealing with the outside hand (showing clips of Tony Allen and even TA's teaching tips). The general response was not positive for this technique

@Deantree3 You see change of what direction? Taking 4 steps in place and turning 90°? Nothing like a running back does in a game. Running backs make their money by putting their foot in the ground and making cuts. This drill teaches the opposite
