Don’t ever let the recruiting, the rankings, the money, rob you of the feeling you get playing ball with your dawgs in high school! Play for your city, for your tradition, and don’t forget to ball hard for yourself! This the last time it won’t be all about the business!

Seniors, now is your time. This is your last shot, your last opportunity, your last time playing high school sports. Here are 10 thoughts to help you make this last year special. 1. Be a great teammate. 2. Make each day your masterpiece. 3. Bring positive energy every day. 4. Celebrate your teammates success. 5. Lead by example. 6. Hold your teammates accountable. 7. Try to create memories every day. 8. Be resilient in tough times. 9. Accept your role and be great at it. 10. Lead your team in high-fives! When your senior season is done, you will look back at how fast it went. Live your senior year with no regrets. Appreciate the bus rides, get to know your coaches, love your teammates, and make memories! Good luck!

Leadership 💪 By their own actions, not by their words, do leaders establish the morale, integrity and sense of justice of their team. They cannot say one thing and do another.

If you’re a student athlete it’s normal to feel hungry when your training volume, intensity, frequency and duration increases‼️ You may need to eat two plates of food, extra portions of protein and carbs, more water, extra hour of sleep, and more total calories. ⚡️ Especially if you’re swimming, playing soccer, lacrosse, football, hockey, or flat out trying to GAIN muscle and STRENGTH in the weight room❗️ ⭐️Simple recommendations: ✔️Double your protein and carb portions ✔️Eat two breakfasts or 2 lunches ✔️Add in our weight gain smoothie contains 800 kcal! Student athletes need anywhere from 2,500-6,000 kcal daily!

Class of 2025. I think this message is important to share with you before your senior year of Football. You don’t realize it now but someday you will. It’s going to be one of the most amazing times of your life. You’re going to have a town, a community following you and watching your every move. Take a look around, see all the kids that show up to support you. You were once one of those little kids that played football during the game, looking at the boys on the field as if they were Gods. Thank your family and support system for supporting you to become the player you are now. They went thru a lot to get you here, you didn’t do this alone. Tell them that because at the end of the day they are the ones that will be there for you after all this passes. They believe in you. I’m 35 years old and I still think about it often. The memories you have with your brothers and what you achieve because of the hard work you put in for years and years. Do all you can to leave everything on the field. Become the leader you once saw from an older teammate. Sit down and look around from time to time, take in the moments for they will be memories you’ll have for a lifetime. Focus on your team now, not recruiting. This is the best team sport in the world. It’s time to focus like there is no tomorrow, you never know when there is no tomorrow in your football playing career. ✌🏼

Had a kid that Michigan said they were going to offer until they saw he had a 2.5 GPA. The offer requirement was a 3.0. He cut off all connections with G5s knowing he had Michigan and ND sold. Now is lost in the recruitment sauce... Moral of the story: Keep up on your grades!

🏈2025 Recruits: When building your highlight film, demonstrate all of your skills. Defenders show your hustle and your positional skills. Off players show your YAC or block finish. Your tape has to show explosiveness in the first few clips. 📌Pin it in your profile!

OFF compresses, DEF goes wide. Defense is about controlling space. Steelers only have to play to the hard edge set by the 9 tech allowing the ILB to press the LOS downhill. Also beautiful long arm & escape by #56 allowing him to both set the edge & play back into the B gap.
