Great my last parcel which should have been delivered yesterday still hasn’t turned up thanks to Evri! Don’t commit to delivering a good service if you can’t !

@Evri_OfficialUK What on earth possessed you to send us a failed delivery noticed that included a photo of our door with a note specifying where to leave our parcel? On Christmas Eve!? As well as having a safe place requested online.

Some of these Evri drivers recently keep scanning peoples parcels as delivered to the wrong house and then taking pictures with actual parcels for the correct address to make it look legit. They need to get punched up

Your customer service is terrible. Mohit has given terrible customer service today after Evri failed to deliver. They claim incorrect address even though have drivers here before.

@houseoffraser Collect delayed order, delivered by Evri, to find it in bits. Told in store they can do nothing and I need to send it back. No Customer Service contact information anywhere about how to do this! Also out of pocket as needed to buy new gift!😡
