Of course this is the summer they’re going to penny pinch. The year we finally win something (probably) and instead of strengthening the squad they’re going to relax and hand the dictator a 5 year contract.

Selling Odegaard is the best way to sign Alvarez.
Gyokeres won’t be sold.
Havertz is unlikely to be sold and we need his profile.
Alvarez can easily play CF, LW and 10. Increases the technical quality of the squad too and presses even better.

If we do go through, I want it to recognised how impressive that is when you consider our history. Two semi finals or further in the UCL/European Cup in our whole history. We could do two UCL semi finals in two years.

The issue is he's probably got the best resale value in the squad right now.
Keeping him has many positives tho and he's really at an age where you can sell him next year too and still get 50+ mil easily.
Sign Gordon this summer then push for Barcola in Nelli out next yr.
