In this piece,I examine the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of Kenya and read the recent Tribunals decision against that body of law. I conclude that the Court has now birthed 'futilitarian constitutionalism' and departed from its earlier principles.

Ever since I was born I’ve been seeing Orengo in politics, but his politics are politics of poverty. He’s not a reformist and he has no development track record. Orengo has the heart and spirit of leading people into poverty... instead of misleading Gen Z to go back to the streets, he should start with his own children.

It’s so weird the love that all opposition fans seem to have for Man City. The media all love Man City. Even the Man Utd supporting pundits like Gary Neville and Andy Goldstein seem to root for Man City. This is a club who have cheated the system. Why do people love them?

I won’t tell you how to support our club but I will tell you what you’re doing.
You and other like-minded fans are lying to yourselves to try to protect yourselves psychologically. It’s not being “realistic”, but it’s emotional withdrawal. You and many fans alike will come back online and say you never stopped believing and celebrate like us other optimistic fans because nobody will remember your earlier positions.
Not telling you how to react, just telling you honestly what you’re doing is very obvious.
