$NOW daily analysis ServiceNow is sitting at 99 right now. A year ago this thing traded at 210. It's down 32% this year while the S&P is basically at all time highs. That gap tells you something changed in how the market views this company. What changed? Two things. The big one is the agentic AI debate. ServiceNow charges per seat, and if AI agents start doing the work humans used to do, the market is worried there are fewer seats to sell. Whether that's actually true is a separate question... but it's what's being priced in across enterprise software right now. The second thing is more recent. $IBM put out soft preliminary Q2 numbers last week and NOW sold off almost 6% in sympathy. When a stock drops that hard on someone else's report, that tells you how nervous holders are. Now look at the chart. The level that matters is 98.30 to 100. Price tested it in February, held. Tested it in March, held. June, held. And it's sitting right on it again today. Four tests in six months. Every single test, buyers have stepped in. If the shelf holds, first resistance is 104.70 to 106.50 where last week's breakdown happened. Above that you've got 110.60 to 113.80 from the July highs. If the shelf breaks, the June low at 89.40 is next, and below that is the April earnings gap at 81.24 to 84.80, which is also the 52 week low. Here's why I lean bullish at this level. You've got a floor that's been defended four times, a stock trading at a fraction of its old multiple, and sell side targets averaging 141... 40% above current price. Fundamentals aren't broken either. Street expects 22% revenue growth Wednesday and the backlog is $28B. Growing 22% with $28B locked in doesn't match a chart down 32% on the year unless the AI fear is fully right. If the print shows AI is driving deals instead of killing them, there's a lot of room between here and where sentiment has this priced. And with how negative positioning is coming in, decent numbers alone could be enough to squeeze this back toward the July highs. The May run is the counterpoint. Stock went 95 to 139 in four sessions, then gave back the entire move in a month. Whoever bought that rally is underwater and looking for exits, so any bounce has to chew through that supply. Respect it. Earnings hit Wednesday 7/22 after the close. Street wants $3.92B revenue and $0.86 EPS. Above 106.50, I look for 110-114. Below 98.30, I expect 89 fast. Bias is up, but the level decides, not me
