@MarathonGG_ Don't get me wrong, its a good game. Just labeled wrong. Increase the size of the maps, add twice as many missions, and remove the requirements for team mates on maps. Add bigger in game events, weather types. Make that $250 million look like $250 million.

@MarathonGG_ 5 Advertised as a Bungie Extraction Shooter Reality, Bungie made a Battle Royale. They just didn't give you the freedom to choose you're drop point. If we all spawn at the same time, and 3 out of your 4 maps have a focal point in the center of the map. That's a Battle Royale.

@MarathonGG_ Perimeter feels like an extraction map, Dire needs to be twice as big and the missions for Sekiguchi need reworked. Outpost needs to be 4 times the size and needs way more missions. Cryo is the main example of the Battle Royale issue. Its a raid map from Destiny with extra steps.

@MarathonDevTeam Didn't you fix the spawn camping issues in cryo? Why did my team just get insta killed in the first room of bots by a team in the vents? This is still an issue.

We’re aware of an issue near the UESC dropship loot room after defeating the Compiler. While moving through this area, you may notice a small section of the hallway appears blocked. This should not prevent you from reaching your loot or exfilling normally. This is a temporary fix to prevent an exploit, and a full fix will come in the future. If you run into any unexpected issues here, please let us know.

@MarathonTheGame We'll be lucky to see a season 4. This season needed a 5th map and 2 new shells to keep it relevant, if season 3 doesn't add a new map and 2 new shells we won't see a season 4.

@B3Tr0ller @Bugzvii I still see the same issues from day one, hit reg. Lag, extremely long queue times, 0 gear-based match making, no free cryo mode to learn the map, no safe pocket, 0 adjustments to solos spawn overlap, the list goes on. But streamer mode was important, stream sniping is bad 👎

Instead of fixing the 12 minute queues, or hit reg. or any other issues. They give us steamer mode. Because thats important

The Sponsored Kit version of Perimeter is now officially closed. Thank you so much to everyone who jumped in and took part while it was live! We really appreciate all of your participation and feedback, it's been incredibly helpful. We've still got plans for experimental queues in the future - but, we'll let you know here once we've got it all set and ready to go.

UPDATE: WALKING THE PERIMETER AND UPPING THE GAME We are making an update to the Experimental queue and shifting the Sponsored Marsh map to Sponsored Perimeter. Details below: - As of 3PM PT Sponsored - Perimeter will become available. - Sponsored Perimeter will require you to have a free (green/enhanced tier) sponsored kit equipped to queue. - Sponsored Perimeter will only support crew matching, or pre-made crew queueing. To commemorate this experiment we will also be upping the floor on sponsored kits. Green sponsored kits will now be free and grey tier sponsored kits will be retired until the end of season. Thanks to everyone who has been participating in the Sponsored Dire Marsh experiment, we've learned a lot from your feedback and from observing you. As we roll out this new queue, we look forward to hearing from all of you who want to hop in and join us especially those of you at hauler who want to duke it out.

@MarathonGG_ Is cryo fun? Haven't had a raid that didn't instantly end 2 minutes into the first encounter. Is ranked better? Do you get unlocks for ranking up? What's the point of ranked? Do randoms use comms in ranked?

@MarathonDevTeam You get time to self revive? Because every time I'm downed I get boxed instantly. The last raid, the guy shot me three times. Twice to down me and once to box me. Not a sniper rifle, just hardline. I feel like I get to play a different game, a shittier version.

We’ve seen a lot of feedback that players’ ability to quickly revive after being downed during a fight is causing frustrations. When taking a look we felt that both the total time and contribution of the Revive Speed were too fast for the pace of tactical play we expect from Marathon. In Update 1.0.9, we’re increasing the time it takes for a DBNO runner to self-revive with a Self-Revive kit and rebalancing how much benefit the Revive Speed stat grants you: ➡️ When the Revive Speed stat is at 0: 12s → 16s ➡️ When the Revive Speed stat is at 100: 7s → 12s Thanks for the feedback, and keep it coming! We'll continue to monitor conversations around this.

@MarathonDevTeam Watched a similar situation happen in The Cycle, where banning was easy and could have saved the community. And the Dev team wanted to save face too much and killed their game because they didn't listen to their community. Ban them or at these remove the cryo privileges.

Over the weekend, a player posted a video of them taking advantage of a map issue and going out of bounds to gain access into the Compiler room to ambush a team after they finished completing the encounter. First off, we will have this issue fixed before Cryo Archive becomes available again. In the past, we have not taken action against players going out of bounds, but due to this case heavily affecting other players negatively, we'll be reviewing our policies and sharing more details soon. While we don't want to punish players for bugs that they run into by accident, we will communicate more clearly the line that players should not cross when it comes to using these sorts of bugs that could be griefing others. We will be reaching out to the affected players to grant them compensation for having their successful run interrupted by this issue.

@BrandonDowj29b @OcePukey @MarathonDevTeam I'm stuck on the final missions that can't be done solo, and cryo is impossible with randoms. Playing as a rook sucks, 1v3v3v3 is not fun. And solos is lame AF, fire your weapon one time and get rushed by everyone. So I guess I'm done with the game?

The only loot they “let” me have was an alien alloy. SO I FUCKING DROPPED IT before Exfil. I left with 1.2k value where they left with 35k each

Unfortunate this OOB (Out of Bounds) Bug needs to be fixed. But bro… hiding in Compiler extraction room and killing a team mid celebration… for the clip is extremely low. I understand you’re saying your opinion was to show an exploit but you knew how evil it was before you did it. Now you’re walking it back once the backlash hits. Understandable, because you probably thought the guys were sweats and they could “do it again” or something. But for casual and mid tier players this is what makes people uninstall.. It’s both an exploit showcase and toxic behavior. It needs to be fixed from the Dev standpoint and the mindset standpoint. Even if you would’ve died showcasing it because you didn’t want to be toxic while doing this, you would’ve been praised to high heavens. Glad you learned a lesson and you’re helping the guys out that you hurt here. Question for yall: now since the community is now calling for a ban or suspension… Is this just an exploit showcase that was bound to happen… or is it a straight grief that kills player counts?

Cryo Clip of the Week goes to the most HEINOUS, EVIL, and DISGUSTING thing I have EVER done in any video game. If you can get Out of Bounds and you can get into the Compiler loot room. And you can just camp in the room for someone do compiler.....and then kill them.

@_JakeFlannagan @MarathonDevTeam if my teammates have no mics, don't use text chat, and run out and get killed 3 mins into a run I have no obligation to go risk my kit to go pick them up and I should not be banned for not doing so. that's just ONE example. a jerk player doesn't auto = griefing
