@EurekaForbes Your customer service & sales support just makes calls to listen & no further action is seen. I raised my complaint last week & even after multiple calls, no action from your end. Doesn't look like you have control over the fakes & our data. @EurekaForbes

@AxisBank Looks like you don't want your customers to connect with the support. Called the IVR and it took 20 mins to get connected. What a pathetic state of affairs for a private bank #FAIL
