@mymadeupaddy @AppleJuicer15 Yes! All stores in my market and all stores in my buddy’s market have the same experience. We all are being pushed beyond our limits and are coerced into leaving . I just need to finish school and I’m out.

@AppleJuicer15 I’m wondering if this is company wide for at least the US stores. I’m hearing reports of this from friends at six different stores outside my region including different areas of the country

Turnover is high at my store and we are severely understaffed…so what’s managements solution? Take everyone one by one and threaten to fire us if we don’t expand our availability. I swear I hate this place.

@gotbizintros @InFROPHell The shitty part is lead geniuses have so many other “operational” duties that they don’t have time to really focus on the bar. It’s sad and shitty at the same time yet I don’t care because I’ve been turned down for lead so now I’m just at  finishing a degree.

@InFROPHell They’re former Geniuses and would always help in the past when the queue was bad. Now the store leader has forced them to essentially play tech specialist. They no longer run GB.

Four Geniuses quit. “Over headcount” Lead Geniuses are taking appointments and have been relieved of their lead duties and are essentially floater GB specialists now. No longer using GB queue callback. Everyone gets marked here no matter what time it’s for.
