Assuming this is real, it won’t even be expensive to create a Souvenir Dragon Lore… only 60% sticker price😭😭😭 Valve could have easily charged $1,000 to make a Covert Souvenir and people would still have paid it. I think this sticker percentage approach is much superior.

The percentage reduction you get is based on skin rarity. Gray: 90% Light Blue: 80% Blue: 70% Purple: 60% Pink: 50% Red: 40%

Souvenir skins can be used in trade ups. Also Souvenir now mean nothing, as any skin can be turned into a souvenir. CS2 Majors also now no longer come with Sticker Capsules nor Souvenir Packages. This is a GIANT change. This update will change trading, majors and skins forever.
