It's weekend, let's learn some few aspects on sperms formation. Spermatogenesis takes 64 to 74 days, to form spermatozoa (fully formed sperm) which then undergo further maturation in the epididymis, for 14 days (fully matured sperm). So it roughly takes 3 months.

Lastly when your child presents with gut dysbiosis/ chronic diarrhea after antibiotic treatment, give them probiotics (fermented foods). This will restore he normal flora which will clear out the immigrants because they cant survive in presence of the dwellers.

You see the main roles of some vaccines is not to prevent the disease but to reduce the severity of the disease. Rotavirus is among them. Giving them antibiotics can clear out normal flora resulting to chronic diarrhea from clostridium difficile, and gut dysbiosis.

When a child below 5 years comes with acute diarrhea. You dont have to give them antibiotics, just teach the parent how to mix ORS at home, give zinc tablets + continued feeding. Mostly this is caused by rotavirus and normally resolves itself. (If vaccined ! ).

Avoid eating fish that is deep-fried in seed oils. Here is why, Fish's most significant nutrient is Omega-3 fatty acids, commonly found in fish oil. This fish oil is also known as Omega-3, which consists of EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA are fatty acids vital for the health of your brain, eyes and heart. Seed oils, on the other hand, contain a significant amount of industrially manufactured Omega-6 or Linoleic Acid. Omega-6s are Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids, but for seed oils, they are industrially produced. Here is the problem, Omega-6 is inflammatory, especially when the ratio of omega-3 and Omega-6 is tipped towards Omega-6. When fish is fried in seed oils, the fish oil is denatured and displaced by the industrial Omega-6 fatty acids found in seed oils. Therefore, you end up consuming toxic Omega-6 fatty acids and none of the Omega-3. Additionally, when seed oils are heated, they become rancid, releasing radicals that ultimately trigger a wave of inflammation in the body. It is therefore ridiculous to see people with chronic inflammation, like Hypertension, Diabetes, Arthritis and Cancer, eating fish fried in seed oils. Fish must be eaten freshly boiled or shallowly stewed in tallow/coconut oil, or sun-dried, smoked, or baked, not deep-fried in seed oils. This way, you get nutritional benefits from the fish.
