A taxi driver told me he personally knows one of our VPs and former deputy ministers and then tried to call him so I could speak to him. Thank God he didn’t answer because what was I supposed to say? 🥴 Lesson learned: I’m never telling a NY taxi driver where I’m from again.

@_LaydeeA Hehe you should have informed him that he's friend is now under house arrest 😂 I had a similar experience in Chicago late last year. The gentleman shared his experience working with an SSD Gov't official. He wouldn’t say it outright, but the corruption was obvious.
