Whatever they did or said while on the backbenches is often irrelevant, sadly.

Someone really needs to ask DHSC exactly *what* steps they *are* taking, because it's clear that hardly anyone has seen these modules.
There was *supposed* to be an "awareness campaign" in place by May this year.
That hasn't happened.

Health minister Sharon Hodgson is keen to mention the modules when ppl ask for updates about the ME Final Delivery Plan, but it's healthcare workers that need to see them, not constituents! "Taking steps" seems to mean putting modules on the hub, but then not promoting them.

1) There is now also an paper on caring for patients with (very) severe ME/CFS. The guide describes how care should be adapted, from nutrition and personal hygiene to communication and dealing with energy limits and stress.

@CallMeMoNow I know. Just a bit triggered. I discovered that my GP had commented in my notes that "patient was double-masked" when I wore the sedum mask to a consultation last year. It's not a "double mask" ffs!

I’m not too crafty, but I want to write, “Conscientious Objector” on my Breatheteq KN95 ⬇️: any tips? Are there stick-on, or rub-on, small letters that might work? My printing isn’t so great & I don’t want to wreck a mask, trying. I’m thinking 1 word on each side…

@_Lucibee @CallMeMoNow Sorry, no accusation here, but layering a cloth mask over a respirator does in fact make them less comfortable, for me. I have no problem with others doing it, & if it encourages more to wear them, 👍🏼. They’re definitely nicer to look at!

The Israeli army demolished a 120-year-old Palestinian home in the village of Ni'lin in the West Bank, claiming it did not have a building permit. How can Israel require a building permit for a house that was built decades before the State of Israel even existed?
