A Jewish follower on Instagram sent me this. Their child's school gave them (& other students) a yellow star to wear as a name tag. Now, they did not do this on purpose (& did not know the history of the yellow star when approached), but this indicates a worrying level of ignorance. How can two college educated teachers not know the very basic history of the Holocaust? This is worrying. Their child's name is redaceted.
