@thetrainline I cleared cookies and it didn't work. I tried to book over the phone but they couldn't even find the right train. They blamed the bank. I tried three different cards and PayPal. I have checked with the bank and there is no issue. I did record the call.

@_MikeHurst Restarting your device will not affect the cookies in your web browser. Do you encounter the same message once clearing your cookies and cache? Just so you know, you can also use an Incognito window to search rather than clear your cookies and cache. Thanks, Keith
