Trying to get support from @EE and the new ‘more efficient’ support system is shocking. Cannot get any help. I was always impressed with the support previously.

Interesting to see @edfenergy tweeting about getting good ratings on trust pilot. I am currently trying to resolve a seemly simple issue with them that it seems no one can sort. My view avoid at all costs.

Not often you get a faultless experience on the trains. However today we went from Saxmundham to London and back with all trains on time and wheelchair assistance ready as requested. Well done @greateranglia good service.
