I’m afraid my good friend @limukii_f is doing a lot of damage to the company. Give credit where it’s due, that woman single-handedly made Spiro a big brand in Kenya’s nduthi industry. Her biggest undoing is using nincompoops in the name of “influencers,” who resort to insults instead of addressing issues raised by customers. Marketing a brand like Spiro doesn’t need the usual tweeps who jump ship from marketing everything under the sun as long as they are paid, people with little or no knowledge of the industry. If another nduthi company approaches them tomorrow, they’ll shamelessly throw Spiro under the bus because to them, it’s business rather than professionalism. I’ve said it many times: anyone with less than a million followers is not an influencer. And influencing is not a career, it’s a gig, ni kibarua kama mjengo tu. Limuki is a very nice and hardworking lady. I’ve worked with her before. I hope she’ll sort out the mess and resolve their issues with @IAMRAPCHA amicably. It was also wrong for Rapcha to expose her number & private chats out here. I wish he could give the lady a chance to sort out his grievances. All in all, Spiro must be held accountable because customers are always right even when they are wrong, that's the nature of business.
