This mother is catching some flack because she said she sits on the opposite side of the parents on her son’s baseball team. Looks like the outfield. She said she can’t stand the constant chatter and lingo - “Good eye!” , “You got a piece of it.!” , etc. and all the talk in the bleachers. Many put her down saying she is not a team player as a parent. But some others said they agreed with her. I am with her. I usually sat down the line on first or third base. I want to watch the game and not chatter all night and listen to moms and dads coach their kids from the stands. Or all the gossip. I totally get it. Do you understand where this momma is coming from and feel like she does or do you think it’s rude of her to disassociate with the other parents during the game?

Citizens for NJ Election Integrity
We recently compared the NJ voter rolls to the National Change of Address list as well as lists of USPS offices and Commercial addresses. This effort uncovered 300,213 NCOA address change matches (meaning the voter has informed the USPS that he/she has moved) and 1,371 USPS/Commercial Address matches (meaning the voter is registered at an ineligible address. Voters must be registered at their residential address). This information was sent to the 21 county Election Boards and ignored. Then we learned that Out of State voter roll moves are up next on the State's ERIC testing cycle (the NGO that 24 states allow to manage cross-state registration duplications). Connecting these issues helps answer why NJ hasn't turned over its voter rolls to the DOJ: there are many ineligible registrations, and the state is not properly doing list maintenance required by federal laws NVRA and HAVA.

Are you using nicotine to treat long haul covid or vaccine injury? One of my toughest vaccine-injured patients told me yesterday that nicotine is the only thing she’s found helpful. She has recurrent electrical sensations that course through her body multiple times a day, even during sleep,

If you could only keep three wellness habits for the rest of your life and had to let everything else go, which three would you choose? Think about what has actually moved the needle for you. Not what you think should matter. What has genuinely changed how you feel, function, and show up. Sleep. Whole food. Movement. Sunlight. Cold exposure. Breathwork. Fasting. Community. Time in nature. Stress management. Which three are yours?

Would you consider Spencer Pratt's campaign ad misleading now that it's revealed that he lives in one of LA's premier hotels rather than the trailer on his lot? 🤔

I see a lot of this: Women after 40: exhausted no matter how much she sleeps, cold hands/feet, brain fog, thinning hair, and gaining weight despite doing everything right Doctor says thyroid labs are “normal” This is rarely willpower It’s a thyroid conversion problem Stress, under-eating, poor sleep, low protein, inflammation, estrogen dominance, and insulin resistance all push the body away from active T3 The harder she tries, the more her body holds on This is fixable — but not by pretending TSH tells the whole story Your body didn’t break. The rules changed

🚨 BREAKING: A new era at the FDA officially begins today. Kyle Diamantas has been named Acting Commissioner of the FDA. Before stepping into this role, Kyle served as the FDA’s Deputy Commissioner for Human Foods, overseeing nutrition policy, food safety, inspections, and federal emergency response across the country. Why does this matter? Because the FDA Commissioner influences nearly every aspect of your health and your family’s future, from what ingredients are allowed in your food to how drugs and treatments get approved. This is one of the most powerful health positions in the United States. For decades, Americans have watched chronic disease rise, food quality decline, and trust in the system erode. People are paying attention now. The question is: What is the FIRST thing you want to see addressed?

What natural sleep supplement works best for you if you ever need one? I’ll go first: It’s a tie between magnesium glycinate and melatonin Magnesium glycinate especially, always works very well for me

If a man's testosterone dropped to menopausal levels overnight...He'd be hospitalized. But when a woman loses her progesterone, estrogen, and testosterone, has a sluggish thyroid & insulin resistance? She's told to go vegan, do more cardio & take magnesium. Meanwhile, her metabolism tanks, joints ache, and brain fog sets in. This isn't wellness. It's medical gaslighting.

@DrSuneelDhand I can’t do this and hit protein goals, so I’m trying to hit protein goals, while eating much cleaner. IF did work for me pre-Covid, but I fell off and perimenopause entered the building 🤦🏻‍♀️

For Mother's Day, I got the best presents ever! Starting at 0730, I made my daughter the normal food she usually has for breakfast. A protein powder cottage cheese muffin followed by scrambled eggs and rice. She couldn't finish her breakfast. She said she was FULL! Then, she wasn't even hungry again until we had my smoked tri-tip and pasta salad this afternoon at 1530. We all sat at the table to eat and she couldn't even finish her dinner. Said she was FULL! This makes a few days in a row now that I've heard her say the words I'M FULL. I'm so used to her being so hungry that I'm constantly making food throughout the day, and she never had problems finishing her food. Plus, she's only had 2 bowel movements today, and they are brown!! Oh please God, I hope this means she's finally moving in the right direction 🙏

Question: Do you still shop for groceries in person, or do you use a delivery service? We mostly use instacart now, it’s more convenient.
