@NDominator Maybe you should address why you get sick whenever you eat out lol.

I ruined going out to eat for my family after I graduated from college in 2017. Because what I made tasted better, was cheaper, usually faster, and it didn't make us sick afterwards. The easiest win was pizza. I've made over a thousand pizzas since I graduated in 2017. It takes less than 5 minutes of work and you do something else for an hour while you wait for the dough to proof. You can make batches of dough and just have it chill out in your fridge for the week. My go to recipe is 300g water, 500g of bread flour, 12.5g of salt, 10g of sugar, 3-5g of yeast, and if you feel like it 20g of oil. That gets you 2- 14 to 16 inch pizzas or 4 personal size pizzas. The same dough can make a pretty good loaf of bread, bread sticks, calzones, stombolis, etc. Make your own food. It's 100x easier than you think.

Caving and weighing in on the bs $28 lunch discourse Forget about the money for a minute, I’m flabbergasted at the number of people claiming they straight up can’t feed themselves Between a rice cooker and an air fryer, neither of which require constant counter space, all of your cooking issues are resolved if you’re too lazy to turn on the stove or oven (no shame, I am) 90% of my meals are some variation of rice, chicken or steak, a vegetable, and hot sauce Reducing decision fatigue (including removing deciding what you want to order for delivery and waiting an hour for it) reverberates positively throughout every area of life Why? Example - I’m good at building businesses and little else, so I focus my energy towards the greatest marginal returns, idc about cooking and I outsource my cleaning Bigger issue here is that everyone is so complicit in being a loser that it’s net negative for all of society If you can’t even feed yourself, how can anyone depend on you? Your family & friends deserve better than that. Grow up.

Every time I see "wow its amazing Riot does this, literally no other TCG does" I struggle not to rattle off the laundry list of many TCGs that have done *everything* like this Riot is doing the right things! Dont gotta tell on yourself for finally playing your second ever TCG

> mayor uses taxpayer dollars to purchase 1000 tickets > city sells tickets for significantly below market price > people lucky enough to get tickets re-sell them in black market at 10x markup > the tickets are for a soccer tournament > literally textbook socialism
Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani@NYCMayor

1,000 World Cup tickets. $50 each. All for New Yorkers. We fought hard to make the people’s game available to the people — and won. Let the summer of soccer begin.

The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans... The French eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans. The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans. Conclusion: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

This is the best time to quit gaming. -consoles are expensive -they require subscriptions -games are expensive -micro transactions everywhere -no more good games Just get a gym subscription and work on yourself. Call your parents, hang out with friends, and enjoy life.
PlayStation@PlayStation

No other TCG on the entire planet would do this. I’m shocked at how responsive to their community and player base Riftbound is. What a breath of fresh air.
Dave Guskin@davetron

Hey Riftbounders! We've seen and heard your frustrations re: too many Legends in packs (and to a lesser extent, Battlefields). Hang in there - we've got some changes coming in a future set, and we'll share that plan with you within the next few months. Thanks for your patience!

For the people training before work who keep asking what to eat at 5:45am. I get the concern. You need something quick. Something easy on the gut. Something that does not sit heavy through the first set of squats. Something dense, energy-rich, slow-release. Clean burning. No insulin spike. No bloating. No faffing about with a blender at quarter to six in the morning. Ideally something already prepared. Already in the kitchen. No shopping list. No prep. No measuring. Available on demand, exactly when you need it, in whatever quantity the session calls for. I have got just the thing. It is the spare tyre around your midsection. You are carrying somewhere between 40,000 and 100,000 calories of premium fuel on your person right now. The body knows what to do with it. It has been waiting, frankly, for you to stop interrupting the process with porridge. Train fasted. Black coffee. Water. Breakfast is already on board.

For people with 9-5s, how do you keep the energy to go to Nexus night consistently?? My local starts at 6, so I have to head there right after work. By the end of game 1, I’m starving, and I’m literally falling asleep during game 2 😭

@paulswaney3 This is what it looks like when the future generations see no hope for ever improving past the previous. They give up completely and just take all the luxuries they can realistically afford because they know anything beyond that is completely unreachable.

Hear me out… Does your body really treat all calories the same? Is 600 calories from steak the same as 600 calories from doughnuts?
