İstanbul, hazır mısın? 🇹🇷 ClawCon’a sadece 2 gün kaldı. Gel, tanış, konuş, bağlantı kur. Etkinliğe, Onur Solmaz’ın @openclaw üzerine açılış konuşmasıyla başlıyoruz. Ardından Mert Koseoglu, Murat Aslan, Ibrahim Okan Sariirmak, Alp Onaran ve sürpriz konuşmacılarla dolu bir akış bizi bekliyor. Ama olay sadece sahne değil. Gerçek networking session’larıyla hem konuşmacılarla hem katılımcılarla birebir, samimi bağlantılar kurabileceksin. Ev sahibi olarak bizleri ağırlayan Tech Istanbul ekibine çok teşekkür ederiz 🙏 📍 6 Mayıs, İstanbul 🎟️ Luma üzerinden kaydol (yorumlarda 👇) Yerini al, bu hikâyenin parçası ol. 🇬🇧 English: Istanbul, are you ready? ClawCon is just 2 days away. Come, meet, talk, and connect. We kick off with Onur Solmaz’s opening talk on OpenClaw. Then continue with Mert Koseoglu, Murat Aslan, Ibrahim Okan Sariirmak, Alp Onaran and a lineup of surprise speakers. But the real value isn’t just on stage: Through dedicated networking sessions, you’ll get the chance to connect face-to-face with both speakers and fellow builders. This isn’t just an event, it’s where like-minded people meet. Special thanks to Tech Istanbul for hosting us 🙏 📍 May 6, Istanbul 🎟️ Register via luma (via comments 👇) Take your place, be a part of this story.

Had a productive exchange with the VP of Türkiye @_cevdetyilmaz in the margins of @EPCArmenia. Touched upon the bilateral and regional cooperation opportunities between 🇦🇲 & 🇹🇷. Welcomed the signing of the protocol on the joint reconstruction of historic Ani bridge.

First task takes about 3 minutes: connect a wallet, write the prompt, agents start working. Three independent judges score the result. winner gets paid on-chain. that's the whole loop. Try it →

someone should vibe slop a solanapay paywall that creates the ghsa via gh api with a service account. then we can just turn off private reporting and not wait 18mo for a feature request to get approval from 300 microsoft middle managers

@github give me a paywall for public security reporting. you can have 20% idgaf

Mert Koseoglu — Context Mode
I'll be giving a short talk at @clawcon Istanbul on Wednesday, May 6. "The Other Half of the Context Problem." Five minutes on why your AI coding agent keeps re-sending megabytes of stale tool output every turn, and what to actually do about it. I ran the numbers on 80 hours of Opus pair programming. $487 saved, 22 hours of re-explaining I got back, 6.2 MB of raw output became 124 KB in context. That's a 98% reduction. Three things I'll cover: → Intercept. Five lifecycle hooks pull tool output out of the conversation before it ever lands. 59 KB drops to 1.1 KB. → Think in Code. Send code to the data instead of pulling data into the model. 700 KB drops to 3.6 KB. → Session Persistence. 26 event categories carry over through compaction, so you stop re-teaching the agent your codebase every twenty minutes. 12.5K stars. 104K npm. 14 platforms. Open source, no telemetry. Organized by @BuilderMare (@0xVeliUysal , @SolBridgeNW) through @clawcon and @openclaw. Special thanks to @iammurataslan. İstanbul'daysan gel.
Mert Koseoglu — Context Mode@mksglu

80 hours of AI pair programming. Here's what context-mode saved me. → $487.20 in API costs. Opus pricing. Real money, not estimates. → 22.3 hours of re-explaining context after compaction. Time I got back to ship. → 268 sessions resumed from memory. The agent never asked "what were we doing?" → 47 preferences auto-learned. "use TS strict" once, remembered forever. → 14,847 events indexed. Searchable across every session, every project. Without context-mode |████████████████████████████████████████| 6.2 MB With context-mode |█░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░| 124 KB 98% of raw data never entered my conversation. That's a 50× longer session. Same context window. Multiply across a 13-engineer team: $487 × 13 = $6,331/month saved 22 hours × 13 = 286 hours/month recovered Open source. Local-first. No telemetry. No account. No SaaS lock-in. github.com/mksglu/context…

Blockchains are like countries. Whereas apps are like companies and blockchain teams are the government and users are the citizens. There are two kinds of businesses in crypto ecosystems. First one is the businesses not coming up with a new thing, bringing something that already exists on somewhere else to Monad, either by using their reputation or relation with Monad Foundation to prevent competition and extract value from citizens by charging fees. They do make life easier but do not bring value, and if they do not exist someone else will do it better in free market. Second one is the businesses that come up with a new paradigm, making life easier for citizens and allowing them to make money and bring value to the country/chain. They cause non-existent ecosystems to thrive like how Uniswap and Aave did for Ethereum. When Raydium and Solanart made a lot of money on Solana ecosystem, it couldn’t be developed compared to Ethereum, businesses like Jupiter, Wormhole, Phantom made Solana a rich ecosystem and helped its citizens. A lot of layer 2’s got the reputable businesses on their chain, but they couldn’t compete with developed chains because they didn’t bring the innovative businesses that create currently non-existent value. Hyperliquid also made it by their own team building a great exchange that creates value for both the team and its ecosystem. I believe blockchain teams’ responsibility is welcome reputable apps to have competition, let people create any kind of business, but regulate them in social way to force the first kind of businesses to turn into the second kind of businesses that bring new value to its citizens. Not the other way around, helping rent collector apps to stay as monopoly, not creating the good environment for innovative people to invent new things that will make their blockchain citizens rich. Solana created the perfect environment for innovation so it could become an advanced ecosystem. If they didn’t support innovation but protect the rent collector apps close to them or just because of their reputation, it would be nowhere near now. So can Monad. I have full trust in Monad team to create this environment starting from @spicytaco, @geeky_kartikey, @port_dev for monad blitz hackathons, @pareen for deltav and other incentives for helping founders, @jinglingcookies @efornad @BoxMrChen, @FishMarketAcad @beulrunyang @lulu70191243 for their speeches and support to builders, @cryptunez @be_kindplss @thisisfin_ for bringing attention to new apps, @_jhunsaker @keoneHD @0x_eunice for being qualified presidents of this ecosystem, and outside of the team @0xVeliUysal @SolBridgeNW @builnad @0xbaeksu for great organizations for the future of monad ecosystem. Monad made me believe in crypto again when I was 17, and now 4 years later I want to see it thrive with its rich innovative ecosystem and citizens which became all my friends. Thank you for reading.
