Once upon a time, I had over 4000 followers on Twitter. I left during 2020. I am a RN, and I was attacked, name called, and threatened because I asked a question. Why, in the middle of a pandemic -is my unit empty? I was furloughed. On unemployment. As NURSE - in a PANDEMIC.

They don’t want to win elections. Or we wouldn’t have the guy with the boot on his head running for president. Or running a satanism campaign the week of Easter. I’m old enough to remember all the idiot moves of the LP, which is why I no longer give them my money. Politics requires compromise, and Libertarians think it’s all or nothing. Americans don’t want their kids to have free access to fentanyl or open borders.

Libertarians clearly have the best ideas. Why don’t they win elections?

I fear this might be my most controversial take ever, but I agreed to put it to a vote so here we are. Hoodies should only be worn by men young enough not to look silly carrying a skateboard.

These same Republicans would be overwhelmingly against this war if Joe Biden did the exact same things that Donald Trump has done.

@MattWalshBlog We have three grown kids now, and truly the highlight of our week is when they come over for dinner.

I used to be entirely in the camp that said you should kick your kids out at 18 and force them to live independently and make their own way in the world. I don’t feel that way at all anymore. I want all my kids to live with us until they get married. Even after they’re married, if they want to live on our property, or close by, my wife and I would love that. The important thing is to teach your kids responsibility, which we’re doing. They need to contribute and help around the house, which all of our kids do from a very young age. Provided you aren’t raising ungrateful useless moochers, why kick them out? Why drive them away from your family home? I don’t see the point in it anymore. I actually like my kids and like being around them. Maybe they’ll all end up scattered to the wind. But I’d prefer to keep the family together. Why wouldn’t I?

The number of Republicans saying they won’t vote in the upcoming election and that they’re done with the party is absurd. I understand being unhappy about the situation in Iran, but burning down your own house and handing the country over to communists isn’t the answer.

I see these posts all the time, but I have raised three GenZ children. They all got college educations with returns on their investment (engineering, speech pathologist, computer security). My middle daughter just bought her first home at 23. Is it tough? yes. Does it require sacrifices? Yes. Is it doable? Also yes.

Older generations say "we all struggled in our 20s." No, you didn't. You didn't pay $3,000 for rent and $25 for eggs. You didn't graduate into $55k student debt and $0 job security. Gen Z isn't dramatic. Ther're drowning.

@catturd2 Diesel in Rural NC is 4.69. Our regular gas is up to about 3.20. Gas prices affect all prices, bc it takes fuel to get you your Amazon deliveries. This will directly impact t our already struggling economy. But keep singing Trumps praises, CT. 😆
