@vercel @vercel_support A subset of US-based users have been hitting ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, ERR_SSL_PACKET_LENGTH_TOO_LONG, and tlsv1 alert protocol version errors when accessing our production domains hosted on Vercel Pro. Opened tickets 5 days ago. Still no reply.

We spent 3 years building out Sagan's recruitment infrastructure. We place 80-100 people a month on that infrastructure now. A month ago I moved over to the AI build side of Sagan to join @zakimahomed. SOPs, key management, access controls, tools, billing and a TON of hiring! This is my favourite part of the job. They ship the builds, I build the thing that makes shipping them fast. 20+ member AI builds in motion this week. A LOT more coming!

I just built an AI agent for a massive construction company that will save them $20,000+ a job in materials (Cost to build was $500 + ongoing AI Usage, no contract, no retainer, no seats) Problem: A custom home builder has to source 100+ different types of materials per job - some are commodities like lumber or rebar... but others are totally random (fixtures, accents, whatever). His team was just buying from the same vendors (because they were busy) and weren't shopping their business around. Who has the time? THAT'S WHERE WE COME IN. Our procurement agent (which is close to 15 agents under the hood): - takes a list of purchasing requirements - "hardens the spec" using live data (actual SKUs of sinks, material types, whatever) and a convo with the project manager - Checks the requests against a preferred vendor list - Researches vendors for each request, doesn't stop until its identifies 5 vendors that meet the requirement. - Writes an email requesting details, timelines etc - puts into a Q for human review (could be automatic too). If there isn't an email point of contact, populates the "Contact us Form". How many industries do you think this could be brought to? I can think of about 1000. It starts saving you money RIGHT AWAY. He spent 30 minutes to explain the need, and $500 to have this delivered to him. Join the waitlist if you want to start actually building AI Agents that make you more money, instead of just playing around in claude code all weekend. shipyourweekendproject.com

Google just opened ADK so agents plug directly into your CI/CD pipeline. Not as chat helpers. As actual participants in deploys, rollbacks, and incident response. The gap between "for DevOps" and "in DevOps" just closed. #DevOps #CICD #CloudComputing

MCP just shipped OAuth 2.1, streamable HTTP, and JSON-RPC batching in one update. Six months ago this protocol was a cool idea. Now it is becoming real infrastructure. The security layer was the missing piece. #Tech #Developer #OpenSource

One company gave 30,000 employees access to build their own automations instead of hiring a bigger tech team. The result was not chaos. It was the people who actually understood the problems building the right solutions. What is one process you wish your team could automate without needing you?

I used to build every automation myself. Biggest lesson this year: the person closest to the problem builds the best fix. Your job is not more workflows. It is simpler tools. #Automation #NoCode #DigitalTransformation

DevOps. MLOps. LLMOps. Now AgentOps. Every time we build something autonomous, we create a new discipline to keep it from breaking things. The pattern is not the tools. It is that autonomy always needs governance. What ops layer are you building for your agents? #DevOps #Tech #Programming

The hardest part of running tools in production is not picking the right one. It is knowing when to migrate off it. Your stack will outgrow vendors faster than their roadmaps can keep up. #Tech #SaaS #Engineering

WordPress, Beehiiv, Google Colab all added MCP servers in the same week. This protocol is not a developer toy anymore. It is becoming the USB port for software. Every platform needs one now. #Tech #Developer #OpenSource

The best signal that a tool is actually working? People you didn't train start requesting access. Nobody mandated it. They just saw what it could do. #Tech #SaaS #Startup

Quick rule I follow now: 503 or 5xx? Check the service status page first. Timeout? Check your payload size, prompt length, and whether you can run the call async instead. Two different problems, two different playbooks. What is the dumbest error you spent too long debugging?

I learned this the hard way. Got 15 error emails in 20 minutes on a Saturday. Spent an hour troubleshooting the wrong thing before I actually read the error type. Nothing was broken. The calls were just taking longer than the platform would allow.

A 503 means the service is down. A timeout means your call took too long for the platform to wait. In automation pipelines, these are two completely different problems. #DevOps #SoftwareEngineering #Coding

"/loop 5m check the deploy" Claude Code now runs any prompt on a timer from your terminal. No cron job. No external monitor. Deployed something sketchy at 11pm? "/loop 2m tail the error logs" What's your deploy monitoring setup? #ClaudeCode #DevOps #Monitoring #AItools

Google shipped Gemini 3.1 Flash Live — real-time voice and vision for agents. Higher task completion in noisy environments, better instruction following mid-conversation, and the latency is finally low enough to feel like talking to a person. #Gemini #AIagents #Google #VoiceAI
