Have called you twice today regarding not being able to book flight SK1745 using benefit "free reeboking on day of departure". The agents just offer me to rebook for a fee. There is (>5) availability on flight SK1745, however (in all booking classes). Why can't I book it?
Hello @SAS , sharing experience of my very 1st flight with you today. Was on SK4422 OSL to TOS. We faced some very rude/targeted kind of treatment by the cabin crew. Only our row (all 3 from India) were not asked for coffee (which was complementary). 1/2

@SAS@kirkins Another flyer was recently denied credit to SAS from a flight flown with Air Europa Express (valid booking class) with the explanation: “Air Europa Express is a member of SkyTeam.” This is obviously wrong. Could you please confirm that UX Express does count to the challenge?
