@nexta_tv hahah, "a strategic partnership with the UK". Lol, the UK is broke and needs help itself, even King Charles is begging the US to support Ukraine? I bet the Kremlin is thrilled to see this partnership and will return the spit back to the UK.

⚡️This isn’t just a slap in the face — it’s a spit in the Kremlin’s direction Armenia has signed a strategic partnership declaration with the United Kingdom. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan called it “a new chapter” in relations. The signing took place at the European Political Community summit in Yerevan, which was also attended by Volodymyr Zelensky. Armenia is gradually moving away from dependence on Russia and seeking new allies.

In Europe, it took less than a month for Orbán’s illiberal bloc to collapse, and both Fico and Babiš are now supporting Ukraine’s accession to the EU. It is a clear example of how a cult of personality dissipates after the “great leader” is stripped of power. The same will happen to Trump.

JUST IN: A Trump judicial nominee was asked point blank: is Trump eligible to run for a third term? Their answer: “I would have to review the actual wording…” Sen. Chris Coons then asked every nominee in the room to confirm the Constitution bars a third term. Silence. Every single one of them refused to say it. Trump is appointing judges who won’t affirm the 22nd Amendment to his face. Never stop connecting the dots.

🇫🇷🇦🇲 Macron in Armenia: There are still 4,000 Russian soldiers on Armenian territory, and more than 1,000 border guards. So Europe must engage to help this country secure its borders more independently. I know that the choices Armenia is making—and that we are making alongside it—will force all its neighbors to clarify their position. And it is for us to ask them: are you with the Europeans, or against?

We’ll always protect Canadian workers and businesses against unjust U.S. tariffs. We’re launching a new $1 billion financing program for businesses manufacturing and exporting steel, aluminum, and copper products. We’re also making $500 million available for tariff-impacted businesses across every sector to diversify markets. We’re building a stronger, more independent Canadian economy — and making sure our workers and businesses can bridge to it.

A friend asks: “Has it occurred to anyone that the MAGAs think you have to show IDs at restaurants because they’ve been eating all their meals at strip clubs? This isn’t even an unreasonable theory”
Aaron Rupar@atrupar

Blanche: "There's a lot of things we can be doing, like voter ID. Every time you walk into a restaurant you have to show ID. How about you have to show your idea to vote? That's not anything that's crazy."

@NotHoodlum @realKyleKeegan Public discourse often involves intense disagreement, but dehumanizing language erodes the civility required for a stable society. If this style of communication becomes the standard, is it truly the environment anyone wants for the next generation? Respect helps maintain order.

Putin is growing increasingly paranoid: Several media, including the CNN and the Financial Times have published a report that was allegedly provided to them by an employee of the intelligence service of an EU country. The document allegedly describes what's going on in the Kremlin and Putin's close circle. According to the report, the Kremlin is very worried about the leaks of sensitive information and the risk of a possible coup against Putin. Key points from the report: 🔷️Security measures around Putin have been tightened even more: ◾️He and his family are no longer seen in their usual residences; ◾️Putin stays in bunkers more and more often, including one in Krasnodar region; ◾️Employees who work in direct contact with Putin, are forbidden to use cell phones and public transportation. ❗️🔷️Shoigu is regarded as a possible factor for destabilization: he keeps being influential in military circles, and is considered as a risk for staging a coup. 🔷️The tension between Russian law enforcement structures continues growing: ◾️Attacks on Russian generals cause fear; ◾️There is a lack of resources to protect them in the Russian rear; ◾️Various structures are in conflict with each other due to issues with coordination of security measures for Russian officers. ◾️Security measures for the 10 high-ranking Russian generals have been increased. This used to apply only to Gerasimov. 🔷️A small curious fact: no Russian Duma MP was invited to the parade on the Red Square this year.

As of today, there has been no official appeal to Ukraine regarding the modality of a cessation of hostilities that is being claimed on Russian social media. We believe that human life is far more valuable than any anniversary “celebration”. In this regard, we are announcing a ceasefire regime starting at 00:00 on the night of May 5–6. In the time left until that moment, it is realistic to ensure that silence takes effect. We will act reciprocally starting from that moment. It is time for Russian leaders to take real steps to end their war, especially since Russia’s Defense Ministry believes it cannot hold a parade in Moscow without Ukraine’s goodwill.
