@WallStConqueror Inaccurate conclusion. $ASTS isn't locked into low-band, they have global access to over 1,150 MHz of both low AND mid-band spectrum via MNO partners (AT&T, Verizon, etc.). Plus, SpaceX can't fully utilize that Dish spectrum until late 2027. Rising tide lifts all boats. 🚀

SpaceX has received FCC approval to purchase 65 MHz of high-quality mid-band spectrum from Dish. These frequencies enable much stronger and faster data transmission for direct satellite-to-cell phone (Direct-to-Cell) connectivity. This news is bearish for AST SpaceMobile $ASTS. ASTS uses lower-band frequencies (700-800 MHz). While these lower bands offer better long-distance coverage, they have limited capacity and speed. SpaceX, by contrast, has now secured significantly better frequencies and already has thousands of satellites in orbit and operational. As a result, Starlink will be able to deliver much faster, higher-capacity, and higher-quality service compared to ASTS. With this deal, SpaceX has gained a clear competitive advantage. Things have become significantly more difficult for ASTS’s dream of delivering “internet from space directly to cell phones. This is not financial advice.

@MPPregent You talk the big talk and ask Kurds to go to be butchered with no international guarantees once again. Ask your administration to offer public guarantees before making such claims

No Surrender, No Deal: How Leader Öcalan Compelled an Agreement on Rojava Turkey-based newspaper "Yeni Yaşam": In the Cizîrê region, a broad meeting was held at the request of Leader Öcalan. At the meeting, responsible officials from Ankara, Damascus, Washington, and Paris were present. After Leader Apo stated that no one can impose surrender on them and took a clear stance toward Ankara, an agreement was reached on the January 29 accord. The newspaper Yeni Yaşam shared the most confidential details regarding these developments. Previously, the truth of this issue had been shared with the public by the Co-Chair of the HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party), Tuncer Bakirhan. The Turkey-based newspaper Yeni Yaşam also published an important article on this matter. Britain’s role and plans in the attacks on Rojava According to the report, it is stated in the news that alongside the attacks on the neighborhoods of Ashrafiyah and Sheikh Maqsoud, the United States and Britain, for their plans, made certain requests of the leaders of Başûrê Kurdistan / Iraq as well. They demanded that they should not support Rojava. However, when strong support and major reactions emerged both within Kurdistan and abroad, this plan collapsed. Öcalan: No one can make us accept surrender It is reported that after the SDF withdrew from Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor, a plan for a direct attack aimed at massacring the Kurdish people was identified. In that region, new assessments by Leader Abdullah Öcalan were understood, including his statement: “If they come to the region to carry out a massacre against you, then you can respond with resistance.” According to the newspaper’s sources, when Leader Abdullah Öcalan saw that the situation was heading in this direction, he said: “If this situation continues like this, then continuing this process here also has no meaning. And go tell the state that Öcalan will not take part in such a plan. No one can destabilize Rojava and force me to accept it.” Immediately after this stance by Leader Öcalan, the decision for a ceasefire and its extension was made. In this part of its report, the newspaper reveals one of the most concealed points that had not been disclosed until now, stating: At Öcalan’s request, a special meeting was held in the Cizîrê region. Present at the meeting were a delegation representing Öcalan, the Rojava administration, the Turkish state, the Damascus administration, France, and the United States. The Kurdish sides clearly drew their red lines there, and on this basis, the content of the January 29 agreement was finalized. In the agreement, the issues emphasized by Leader Öcalan, on which no concessions can be made under any circumstances, were the right to self-defense, regional self-administration, and the unconditional right to language and education. According to the newspaper, most importantly, the Rojava region, which is a small part of Kurdistan, is for the first time officially moving toward recognition of a formal status.

A very cheap report by Milliyet on me.. I reject every single word of it.. My work has focused on covering US national security and Middle East policy, particularly Syria, Iraq, Iran, and the Kurds. I have never advocated against anyone, only raised questions about violations and war crimes against minorities.
