You do not wait for the industry to give you permission.
@Incyte just made the hardest pivot in pharma.
They are leading the timeline.

We live in a golden age of biology. So why are people still dying from disease? Because discovery and development move slower than they should. Today, we’re partnering with Incyte to change that. Kosmos is now the first agent that can compress months of drug development into weeks, from the earliest stages of scientific discovery through to FDA approval. @Incyte will be the first company to deploy it across their pipeline. Work that used to take a team of scientists months now happens in weeks. Patients can't wait, and neither can we.

Every AI workspace lets you ask questions.
Almost none let you bring your own knowledge into the conversation in a structured way.
Sources changed that.
A knowledge library you control. Upload files, documents, and references OmniAgent treats them as the primary context for every answer.
Stop pasting. Start querying your own library.

How Claude Changed My Work Week
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────
Nobody told me AI would feel like hiring a team.
I thought it would feel like using a better Google.
I was wrong.
Here is what my work week actually looks like now:
Monday: I paste my entire week's tasks into Claude and ask it to find hidden dependencies nobody is talking about. It flags 3 things that would have caused problems by Thursday. I fix them Monday morning.
Tuesday: Every email I'm dreading — the difficult client, the awkward follow-up, the thing I've been putting off for a week — I describe the situation to Claude and ask for the version that's honest but doesn't burn the relationship. Done in 11 minutes.
Wednesday: I'm in a meeting and someone asks for analysis I don't have. I step out, pull the data, paste it into Claude, and walk back in with a summary, a recommendation, and three alternatives. People think I prepared overnight.
Thursday: Code review, documentation, test cases — all the things that used to eat the afternoon — done before lunch.
Friday: I ask Claude to review everything I shipped that week and find what I missed, what could be stronger, and what assumptions I made that might be wrong. It finds things I genuinely didn't see.
I don't work harder than I did a year ago.
I work with a system that doesn't get tired, doesn't have a bad day, and doesn't need me to explain the same thing twice if I set the context properly.
The people around me haven't changed their workflow yet.
I'm not telling them.
Save this for Monday morning.
And reply below — what's the one task in your week you'd hand to AI first if you knew how. 👇
♻️ Repost if someone in your network is still doing this manually.

We got an 8-figure acquisition offer 2 days after launch.
We said no, because the problem we're solving is worth way more than that.
It’s 2026, but teams are only getting lonelier, and context is still the problem.
The issue isn’t intelligence. Your team has plenty of that.
It’s shared memory and context, the thing that makes 10 A-players feel like 1.
That’s what we’ve solved with @playdotfast, while making work more fun.
We're killing traditional SaaS, and believe you me, we're leaving no holds barred.
