@northernassist When claiming for not travelling at all (when you have a season ticket) do you need to put 2 claims in each way of the journey or just 1 way at a 2 hour delay?

@_SophieR Hi Sophie. Most of our May times can now be found in the journey planner. There are two trains from Southport to Piccadilly at 06:17 and 07:17, and three trains from Piccadilly to Southport, at 17:19, 18:18 and 21:27 ^JB
