Increasingly obvious that religion is an anti-virus for the human mind. Once you uninstall it, a bunch of mind viruses start spreading like crazy, mutating and becoming more extreme with time.

In Philuntersuchungen he is dragging along with him, not so much any particular positivist philosopher as much as a Simplicio-an caricature of all their views.... ... oh wait, yeah; I see what you mean.
