These times have a way of reminding you what really matters. I don’t think we talked about crypto once last night. It was just a group of old friends sharing dinner, drinks, and good conversations. @MrEncrypto flew all the way from Europe with his family to visit our office and spend time with the community. Having a place where holders can stop by, hang out, and share a meal together is something I’m genuinely grateful for. One of my favorite moments of the night was hearing @kaakoon_sui share that he and his wife are expecting their first child. Two years ago, he was a new face at one of the first Sui events we hosted. Today, he’s someone we get to celebrate one of life’s biggest milestones with. That’s pretty freakin’ cool. We also had our Japan OGs, @dq1030984091 and @Aki_san_5, who have probably been to 99% of every Mirai event we’ve hosted here. True day-one Studio Mirai Japan supporters. We even got to hear their karaoke skills. Aki also brought along Ko, a new holder, which is exactly the kind of organic community growth you love to see. And of course, it wouldn’t be a sake night without our honorary Italian, @ngiotcg, spending his last night in Japan with us. Definitely a great night alongside team members, @_smbrian and @_smcosmonaut. Markets come and go. Community is what stays. CC. @_StudioMirai @SuiCommunity

Hard to believe half the year is passed already. Over the past year, this market has taken out a lot of projects and communities. Narratives come and go, attention moves fast, and most people eventually disappear. We’ve just kept building. Showing up every day. Building in public. Staying close to the community. And since day one of Sui mainnet, we’ve stayed focused on bringing our IP to life. We’re only a few months away from Studio Mirai turning five, which is pretty surreal. I’ll save those reflections for another post. For now, I’m just grateful. To everyone who’s collected our work, joined our events, tuned into our Spaces, or simply supported what we’re trying to build, thank you. You make it possible for us to keep doing this every day. Back to work. No breaks for the robots. 🤖

July's the month.

June brought two team birthdays! Happy birthday to @_smbrian and @_smcosmonaut. Wishing you both an incredible year ahead. Beep boop.

In the future, music releases won't be coordinated with paper contracts. They'll be coordinated by agents on behalf of artists and labels running on @CodaNetwork infrastructure backed by @SuiNetwork.

If you’ve been involved in the @_StudioMirai community lore, you’ve probably already seen remnants of it. The goal has always been to make the blockchain disappear. Build. Collect. Trade. Activate. It should all feel effortless. Will Enforcer Machin become Sui’s first truly frictionless interactive dynamic NFT experience? Markets like these are when conviction matters most. We’re still building toward the same mission we’ve had since Sui mainnet: Bring Nozomi to life. Chefs are in the kitchen.

I’ve spent the last few months designing the Enforcer Machin upgrade, and these are the emotions I keep coming back to: The first time you pulled a rare card... The first time you buy a PFP you really liked... The first time you discovered a hidden secret nobody else knew about... Instead of designing around stats or power, I’m designing around nostalgia, anticipation, lore, and the feeling that there’s always something more to uncover. The market will always be the market. Prices will go up, prices will go down. That’s inevitable. But my hope is that Nozomi World becomes something different. A place you can visit, get lost in, uncover hidden stories, chase discoveries, and keep finding reasons to come back. If we pull this off, Enforcer Machin won’t just be something you own. It’ll be something you disappear into.

Sui successfully advanced to epoch 1,144 just now, and the Random object is now functional. Been a busy few days for core team and validators, hope everyone can get some well-deserved rest now.

Happy 3rd Anniversary, @SuiNetwork 🎂 I can't believe it's been two years already. I think I can confidently say that @_StudioMirai is the longest-running active NFT project on Sui. We started with the Enforcer Machin Prototypes on day one, sold out the Prime Machin collection in 90 seconds the night before Sui Basecamp Paris, and somehow never stopped from there. Over the last two years we never stopped showing up. Through bear markets, through uncertainty, through watching the projects around us empty out, we stayed. We grew our team, migrated Tamashi, beta launched @CodaNetwork, and created physical culture through @_MiraiMart, each one a new way to build deeper into this chain. We built community experiences across 10+ countries, showed up at every major Sui event, and cultivated some of the craziest experiences for our community, experiences that go far beyond this chain. We did our best to bring culture and collector energy to a network we genuinely believed in. Along the way we tried to contribute some real tech, the first 4K on-chain NFT on Sui, dynamic NFTs, three validators, top-tier infrastructure, a Seal partnership, and the full Sui stack across everything we build. The relationship we have with @Mysten_Labs and the @SuiFoundation wasn't handed to us. It was built by showing up every single day, doing what we said we would do, committing fully to our community, and seeing things through long after most would have moved on. That trust means everything to us. We truly appreciate everyone there! We're not going anywhere. This chain is our home and we plan to build here for a long time. If you're not bullish on Studio Mirai, you're not bullish on Sui.
