The next available appointment that is suitable for me is now the 21st September as the only other one on the 15th is not suitable. Totally unacceptable, especially as I had to do all of the chasing to find out what was going on!

So after contacting the helpline number, which closed at 5pm and then sitting in a chat queue for nearly 90 minutes, it turns out my appointment has been cancelled because the engineer is unavailable. But was available when you text me at 11:24 to tell me what to expect!

@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp and idea where your engineer for my smart meter install is that was due between 1pm and 5pm today? Rescheduled everything to be at home and nothing? If he does turn up, it will be another 2 hours for him to do this, so waiting around again.

@Dell @DellCares How can you advertise delivery date of 2 days when I order then day before delivery say it will be another week until it will delivered. But still advertise that you can supply the same product in 2 days if I order it now? We have a new employee with no PC now

@thameswater are you going to pick these up left over from a water leak back in January 2021? Would hate for the grass to grow over them and someone or even a animal have an injury. They are in Pentylands Country Park in Highworth.
