On Memorial Day, we pay tribute to the brave men and women in uniform who gave their lives for this country that we love. It is a debt we can never fully repay, but we must never stop trying. I’ll always be grateful to our fallen heroes and their families, whose sacrifice reminds us of what it means to live for something greater than ourselves.

Today, we remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Even on one of the most sacred days in America, President Bone Spurs couldn’t resist turning Memorial Day into another petty political attack. Millions of Americans took time to honor the fallen, while Trump once again made it about himself, his grievances, and insulting fellow Americans. A real president unites the country on Memorial Day. Trump can’t even act presidential for five minutes.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught on video telling a U.S. born citizen that his driver’s license was not proof of citizenship because “anyone can get that.” In the video, the man repeatedly told them he was born in the U.S…. In Atlantic City. He showed them his license. They dismissed it. He showed them ANOTHER form of ID. They STILL kept interrogating him about where he lived, who he lived with, whether Venezuelans lived in his home, who had been in his car, and whether the vehicle was registered to him. All while illegally detaining him in his car. And in the end… The agents admitted they weren’t even looking for the person connected to the car’s registration. So, why was this U.S. citizen stopped, surrounded, and interrogated in the first place? The Fourth Amendment does not disappear because agents “suspect” someone might be undocumented. You do not have to repeatedly prove your citizenship to federal agents because they decided you “look foreign enough” to question. Yet, this keeps happening to U.S. citizens across the country.

🚨Texas Trump supporter and self-described “ordained minister,” Ken Bulsterbaum, 62, has been arrested for allegedly s*xually abusing multiple children spanning years. This is the third MAGA child predator I’ve discovered just today. This is an epidemic!

Facts: the 1/6 mob caused 5 people to die, 140 LE officers to suffer severe injuries like cracked ribs, brain injuries, smashed spinal disks & more. And many more minor injuries and trauma. With 1000s of hours of video including from the rioters themselves it was the most recorded crime in US history (we prosecutors rarely have this much direct evidence). Approx 260 trials & only 2 people were acquitted (that’s a phenomenal record). Many defendants pleaded guilty (because they were). Not one defendant won a motion for selective or malicious prosecution or disclosure violations. Some of the judges overseeing cases were Trump appointed. Defendants had every legal process and rights and these were some of the most carefully scrutinized cases by DOJ ever. The highest sentences were the most serious offenders and/or people with extensive criminal histories. (Some judges questioned why the govt wasn’t seeking higher sentences actually). ⚖️
