The individual is equipped with a phone and whistle and is in communication with dispatch. For safety and operational reasons, all westbound lanes on North Temple are being closed between approximately 875 West and 1000 West. According to information gathered, the individual is now located in the tunnel near the McDonald’s at about 875 W North Temple. Authorities are managing the confined space rescue operation, and further updates will be provided as available.
