2 diff days - 2 different flights both Cancun to Manchester delayed - 2 families …. Both get same response you cannot find us on the delay list - must have swam home

Had to make a new twitter account just to come online to complain at how bad @TUIUK have dealt with a mistake THEY made. Did a name change, they separated our family onto different flights by accident, every time I try to call to get it fixed they say give them patience.

@TUIUK can’t believe it, my wife booked a holiday (flight only) for my family, she accidentally booked the wrong month (aug11) should have booked oct, called them straight away, to be told there’s a 100% cancellation fee and they can’t change the dates, never heard such nonsense

@TUIUK Hi there, I am trying to book a holiday in December to Punta Cana. The following hotels are unavailable across the board: Excellence El Carmen, Excellence Punta Cana + Finest Punta Cana.
Do you know why we are unable to book any of them?

Our hotel and flight home are fine just our flight going was out out to an3rd party freebird and it’s been cancelled

@TUIUK what is your complaint procedure, we've had an issue with paying for extra legroom seats and not receiving them, when applying for a refund your assistant manager at Warrington was very unhelpful and her attitude was quite frankly rude.
