@TUIUK is there a problem with making amendments on the website? I can't make payments with any card (last 3 days) and the phone call I made to resolve was cut off.

@SkyUK V disappointing that your 3 month apple tv offer has "expired" for me according to customer services despite it still being displayed on my TV & still being available today according to your t&c. 40 mins wasted.
@Farnzzbarns Sorry for any confusion in my initial reply - The offer is available. I'd recommend setting up your own Apple ID to ensure eligibility. Please delete & reinstall the My Sky app. Within the 'Giveaways' in the VIP section, the Apple offer is there to redeem.

When I was 17 I got myself into trouble trying to withdraw more than I had from the bank. I pretended my mum had sent a cheque. They wrote to her. I intercepted the letter and replied ‘for her’. They replied, I replied... Every lie grew another. I ended up looking like this 👇
@thetrainline So the website says my tickets are booked, the app says they are cancelled, the fare has been collected from my account, but the insurance has been refunded. Am I going on this journey or not?
@thetrainline So your website says my return journey is booked, the app says it is cancelled, the payment for the fare has been collected but the payment for the insurance was refunded. Without insurance a refund costs £10. What a conundrum! Can you help to solve this mystery?
