Most companies don't have an automation problem. They have a memory problem. You add another AI tool. Your team still asks "where is the latest version" in Slack. The bottleneck is not the model. It's that nobody wrote down how anything actually works. Faster confusion is not the same as progress.

@sama Let it be smarter. No need for it to be cheaper. It is a powerful tool, it can replace some human tasks. With one condition only. AI should be better at the task it replaces. Being more expensive it will also increase the responsibility of using it.

i keep thinking i want the models to be cheaper/faster more than i want them to be smarter but it seems that just being smarter is still the most important thing
